Where is your physical store located?

We are an online-only store and currently don't have retail locations.

Samples

Do you provide samples before ordering actual products?

Yes, we recommend customers to order samples for better judgement of quality, size and color. You will be able to order samples from our listing pages.

Are sample orders returnable/refundable?

Sample orders cannot be returned and refunded. If you receive a damage sample, we can send you a replacement or refund in that case. Please email info@apollotile.com with your order details.

What is the maximum no. of samples one can purchase?

The maximum number of samples that can be purchased is 2.

Shipping

Do you provide expedited shipping?

Yes, Expedited shipping charges are available at checkout, feel free to contact at info@apollotile.com for any queries.

When will our expedited order ship?

Orders before 12 PM PST get shipped on the same day.
Orders After 12 PM PST are shipped the next day.

Do you provide shipping in Canada?

Yes, we have our services available in Canada.

I did not receive my order. What should I do?

Please contact us on info@apollotile.com with your order number and we will help you as soon as possible.

Returns, refunds and replacement

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Who should I contact in case I receive a damaged order?

Please email info@apollotile.com with your order number, damaged pictures and damaged quantity. We will make arrangements for replacement as soon as possible.

I have not received my refund. What should I do?

Please email us on info@apollotile.com with your order number and we will help you as soon as possible.

Does the product have any warranty? If so, then how to claim it?

We warrant that manufactured products will be free from defect for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

All warranty claims must be reported immediately. Failure to report any warranty claim within 30 days of defect discovery will void this warranty.

No, we do not provide installation services.
